About Dr. John Wilson

My approach is built around one core idea: your body reflects the identity you're currently living — not the one you want. Stress, tension, and chronic pain aren't random. They're patterns. Using neuroplasticity and body awareness, I help you recognize those patterns and use habit stacking to build new ones that match who you're becoming. That means combining chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, corrective exercise, and nervous system re-education into a plan built around your life. I treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, car accident recovery, and chronic stress — always as a whole person, not just a complaint. I work with growing families in Las Colinas and Irving TX, entrepreneurs who carry stress in their neck and shoulders, and health-conscious adults who want a provider that matches their commitment. I grew up in Lafayette, Louisiana — a community built on resilience, family, and showing up for each other. As a competitive athlete, I learned the hard way what happens when you push your body without understanding it. Before finishing high school I had surgery on my leg and my shoulder limiting my ability to play the sports I loved. Those injuries didn't derail me but instead redirected me to learn how to move better. I earned my BS in Kinesiology and Human Movement Science from LSU, then my Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, TX in 2024. Now I call Irving, Texas home — bringing that same community-first mentality to every patient at MyoCore Las Colinas. New patients are always welcome at MyoCore Las Colinas. I came to John because my neck was hurting and no stretch or movement I was doing on my own seemed to bring relief. After telling him the situation he educated me on where the real pain was coming from, which was a small muscle I had never heard of. We began working it and I felt relief the same day! He’s very knowledgeable and I trust his skills.
