*PLEASE NOTE* I am NOT an in-network provider for any insurance. I do NOT take Medicare or Medicaid. The decision to seek treatment is challenging because there are many approaches to choose from, and you may have various issues to address in therapy. The foundation of treatment depends on the quality of the relationship between you and your therapist. A mutually compassionate and respectful relationship that is genuine and warm can promote well-being. I work with successful individuals to help resolve conflicts at school, work, and home by exploring options and addressing stressors that inhibit or derail efforts toward living a fuller, more successful life. My role is to provide a safe space to discern conflicted behavior patterns within yourself, among others, and within the therapeutic relationship. Together, we will use these insights to explore alternative ways to enhance your well-being. While I work as a general practitioner and evaluator trained to perform neuropsychological and family court assessments, I specialize in working with children, youths, and adults who have difficulty with self-regulation. I receive referrals from family law attorneys and the court to facilitate family reunification and post-divorce conflicts, as well as from parents whose children struggle in school. Often, emotions get the best of us. We try to control turbulent feelings in family, school, and work conflicts only to feel distressed and helpless. I incorporate psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and negotiation methods to promote insight, positive change, and empowerment. Beyond sessions, I encourage healthy activities such as eating and sleeping well, meditation, yoga, nature walks, and socializing with those who treat you respectfully. I hold a PsyD from Yeshiva University, a Certificate in Neuropsychology from Fielding Graduate University, and both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

What should a new client know about working with you?

*PLEASE NOTE* I am NOT an in-network provider of any insurance. I do NOT take Medicare or Medicaid. Administering neuropsychological and forensic evaluations is my specialty. The court and attorneys refer me to evaluate children and families because I strive to be fair and unbiased. My neuropsychological background lets me appreciate why individuals might experience subtle personality or cognitive changes that another evaluator without my background might misinterpret. When administering a neuropsychological screen, I might refer individuals to other neuropsychologists to share their insights after they perform a more in-depth evaluation.
