Dr. Jones was amazing Only thing was that the clinic was going to send over medication regarding my condition-I waited 4 days for Walgreens to say it was never sent. I called today & spoke w/ some1 named Pam at the clinic, she stated they did send it over on my appointment date but Walgreens was requiring a preauthorization for my meds.Usually when something isn’t covered they give u the option to pay out of pocket for the medication-not tell u it was never sent over. Pam stated she’d speak with Dr. Jones when she went into work & would call me back to see what we can do then. Meanwhile I called Walgreens to inform them the clinic did send over the prescription but on their end it was showing they were requesting a preauth-the pharmacist said nothing was ever sent. I called the office frustrated to sort everything out & Pam rudely said I haven’t gave her a chance to speak w/Dr. & see what medication she can prescribe since it wasn’t covered & she’d call me back.SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK

Staff was friendly I just prefer more hands on interaction. She was in the room leas than 5 minutes. I drove 30 minutes waited a hour and she came in the room for 3 minutes tops. I will not be returning.

When I made it to the office nobody seemed aware that I even had an appointment and on top of that I didn’t even get to see Dr.Jenkins. It was a different woman that assisted me and to top it off they never even prescribed me my medication like they were suppose to. The building is old and worn out with old equipment. I paid a nice an amount for no reason. And the staff of women were arguing amongst each other about something pointless.

My visit was fast and informative. Everyone was sooo nice and comforting. Yes I was nervous and personally embarrassed about my foot condition but they all reassured me. I left confident and ready to treat my condition. I will be returning and recommending anyone and everyone with foot needs.

I was not seen because I had to leave after over an hour of not being seen. I had an appointment at 9:30. Arrived 10 minutes early and still wasn’t seen. I had to leave because I had to work, I never had a more unprofessional experience.
