I like to say I didn't choose chiropractic, I was raised in it. My dad was a chiropractor, and I was around adjusting tables before I could see over them. I grew up playing every sport I could sign up for, and I've been training in the gym ever since. That's where my whole philosophy comes from: take care of your body, keep everything running the way it should, and it will take care of you. My style is hands-on and efficient. I listen, I find what's actually causing the problem, and I get to work. Visits combine an adjustment with soft tissue work and simple take-home exercises, so the results last beyond the table. I'm certified in Active Release Techniques and hold a Master's in Nutrition. Desk workers, athletes, seniors, kids: I treat them all at my UTC and Sorrento Valley offices in San Diego, and I take most major insurance.
