I obtained my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University, and my doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Radford University. I have been a licensed psychologist since 2020 and have primarily worked within the Veterans Health Care System, though other clinical experiences include community health care centers and substance use centers. I have worked with adult patients from a variety of backgrounds, and those struggling with various mental health concerns. I am passionate about working with trauma survivors, and also have expertise in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and insomnia. I am trained in a variety of Evidenced Based Therapies, to include Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), CBT for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP), CBT for Depression (CBT-D), and CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I).

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
