Visit was effective. Had my MRI and slides. Took X-rays. Received medical advice with follow up recommendations and after care.

The intake nurse asked me if I had an xray when I was first brought into the room. How was I supposed to get one without the doctor ordering one? The doctor came in and he was dismissive and cut me off immediately. He was cold and rude in his communication and didn’t take the time to explain how he came to his conclusion. And when I went to pay and schedule a follow up, the person behind the desk was incredibly rude as if I were an inconvenience to her. I will not be returning to this doctor.

Dr. Simon is alright, I saw him many years ago and the lack of bedside manner hasn’t changed. However, I find it odd a doctor would not confirm a patient name at any time throughout the appointment. It felt very factory like as if patients are just numbers not humans. The major issue I have is with reception. While some individuals were courteous, others went out of their way to be nasty, snatching papers from hands and speaking with attitude when asked a clarifying question about a prescription. The wait was over an hour with no updates. I will be seeking a different doctor for future treatment.
