Dr. Cohen and his staff were courteous, professional, and efficient. I had several tests to get done and my wait time to move to the different rooms was minimal. After my tests, Dr. Cohen carefully explained what the results were and my specific needs to follow up with him in the future.

I had quite the positive experience at this office. The doctor and his staff were all so knowledgeable and helpful; kind; caring accommodating and supportive.
They had a great selection of lenses and my insurance covered the visit and the glasses. I highly recommend Dr Cohen as an optometrist with great bedside manner and terrific staff.

The actual eye exam went very well. It seemed like they were knowledgeable and I was treated very nicely. But when the doctor walked me out to the lobby they began to try to sell me unnecessarily expensive frames in a very pushy way. I went from feeling like I was at a nice optometrist’s office to feeling like I was at a scummy used car dealership. Upselling me on different types of lens coatings etc. It seemed like they were trying to confuse me with a lot of different prices and payment options before I even told them if I was interested in buying anything at all. I was literally wearing a perfectly fine pair of glasses while they were talking to me about buying a new pair. At one point, I had to clarify what the price for just my eye exam actually was because they were quoting me something much higher than I was expecting. That’s when I realized that they were trying to push frames on me without my understanding. I asked for my prescription and left.

My eye exam was quick and easy. Dr. Cohen was eager to help. The front office was kind and welcoming. The assistant was friendly and caring. Don, who helped me with the frames, was knowledgeable and spent time explaining how my insurance worked. It's nice there.
