I studied medicine because I enjoyed the sciences and the human body and was fascinated by how things work. I liked the idea of applying all that to help someone, knowing how much it would help them and how they would appreciate it. I saw ways to help people improve their lives. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and completed my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I then completed my internship and residency in Internal Medicine at UPMC Pinnacle Community Osteopathic Hospital. Most of my time right now is spent with my two young kids. I enjoy going on trips with them and giving them a variety of experiences. We try to visit Penn State when we can, such as attending football games, and we go to the beach every year. Otherwise, I like to cook.
