After being sick for six weeks and seeing multiple doctors, Dr. Rousso was the first physician who truly took the time to listen, evaluate everything thoroughly, and develop a comprehensive plan to help me get well.
What impressed me most was how thoughtful and proactive he was. He not only created a clear treatment plan but also coordinated follow-up care, including referrals to other specialists when needed. I never felt rushed, and he made sure every concern was addressed.
Dr. Rousso’s attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to his patients are exceptional. If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend him.

Very disappointing experience.
The audiology test felt unprofessional. There was no audiogram provided, and the results were handwritten on paper instead of being presented in a standard format.
After charging a copay, I was then referred to another doctor who never actually saw me. That doctor provided no medical advice, no treatment recommendations, and no guidance on medication dosage. The explanation I received was that he could not advise me because he had not personally seen me.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was already told on the day of the hearing test that my hearing was normal. Anyone could understand that result at the time. I paid expecting professional evaluation and guidance for my tinnitus and medication management, but ultimately received no meaningful recommendations.
Overall, I paid for multiple appointments and received very little useful medical care.

He listened earnestly to my concerns, examined me, explained and should me some illustrations and then came up with a course of treatment that was on point! Thankfully it worked right away! I will certainly recommend him to others.
