I offer traditional methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to more recent evidence-based treatments. If I am not a good fit for you, I will help you find someone or someplace that is. I obtained my Doctoral Degree from Virginia Tech in 1986. With over three decades of experience, I specialize in anxiety, depression, and grief in older adults; learning and behavioral disorders in children and adolescents; substance abuse and dependence in adults and adolescents; treatment of court-mandated adolescents and adults; school consultations; couples and family therapy; adolescent and adult sexual addiction; and sport psychological services focusing on goal setting and wellness. Working with me means embarking on a collaborative journey where your unique needs and goals are at the forefront. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or navigating a life transition, I am here to help you find the path that works best for you. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about staying active and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I believe in the importance of wellness and goal setting, which I also incorporate into my work with clients. I just got started we haven't gone through anything yet I've had one session with my therapist.
I can't connect to it
Your customer service organization and website are both subpar. If it weren’t for the previous relationship my son had established with his provider we would have moved on. Billing is a nightmare and customers have to wait days to talk to a billing employee.
