About Dr. Joshua Kim
Dr. Joshua Kim is a native of Virginia, born and raised in the Richmond area. He received his undergraduate training at Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Mathematics. Dr. Kim went on to receive his Doctorate at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Following graduation, he went on to complete his surgical training at Bryn Mawr Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident during his third year of Residency. During his training, Dr. Kim completed training in Sports Medicine injuries, Infectious Diseases, Diabetic Limb Salvage, Arthroscopy, and Traumatology. He also co-authored several posters and presentations at national conferences during his time in Residency.

Dr. Kim was amazing! He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Great bedside manner overall. He took care of my gnarly toenail situation and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. This was my first time seeing a podiatrist and I will definitely be back.

I left with more questions than answers, and feeling more distraught and misguided. Dr. Kim’s bedside manner was fine, and although I appreciated his transparency about his skillset with handling ankle injuries, the appointment was a waste overall. He seemed knowledgable but I didn’t feel that I was helped in any meaningful way at the 1foot2foot practice.
