I'm Joshua Schultz, a licensed psychologist based in Philadelphia, PA, with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Widener University. My practice offers psychotherapy, leadership coaching, and executive assessment. Whether you want to take care of yourself or your relationship, address a big stressor, or go for a promotion, I can give you the tools you need to make changes.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am an expert in helping ambitious and self-critical people get out of the way of their success. I also specialize in men's issues: helping men break down the barriers that prevent them from knowing love. If you don't fit neatly into either of those categories, don't worry. My integrative style allows me to tailor the work to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice talk therapy in a virtual setting. When you schedule an appointment with me, I'll first send you some consent forms. Then I'll provide the link to my virtual office. Our first session will be relatively freeform. You'll describe what brought you to therapy and what you'd like to get out of our work. From there, we'll make a plan to meet your needs and meet more regularly.
