“Dr. Zimmermann was very kind and had excellent bedside manner. She was quick, efficient but also patient and explained everything she was doing. You can tell she’s very experienced and knows what she is doing. Everyone in the office was very kind from the front desk staff to Ms. Margaret the phlebotomist. The only downside was the wait time. I waited about an hour to be seen but it wasn’t a big deal for me since I had nothing else planned. I will definitely be scheduling any future visits with Dr. Z.”

Dr. Zimmerman and her office staff were great! Very friendly, courteous and professional. There was a slight wait to be seen, but once I was in the back, everything moved very efficiently. I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Zimmerman and her nurse listened to my concerns and asked lots of questions. I was very pleased with my appointment. I would recommend the office to friends and I will definitely be returning.

This was the best experience in a dentist office that I have ever had. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the doctor, each lady was personable, professional, and made me feel comfortable and informed about my dental care and continued care. Very thorough! Office very clean and streamlined--did wait for 30 minutes for an available exam room, but once seen, was out in 15 minutes. I came for an annual exam and had a pap done. Never had a procedure finished so quickly so that there was minimal discomfort. Dr. Zimmerman also took into account my concerns about PMDD, and prescribed a different birth control method to help.

Really great experience! My concerns were listened to and I was told about everything that would be happening during the appointment. Medications were also explained to me and I felt very comfortable receiving health care here as a trans man. Will definitely be coming back if I have any issues in the future!

Dr. Zimmerman made me feel extremely comfortable and listened to. I have since had to go back several times and each time has been a great experience. The only issue I've had thus far is they don't always return my call after I leave a voicemail but they have a patient portal that they are quick to respond with. I also love that the room we discuss everything in is separate from the exam room.

The process was efficient and immediate and the wait time was not long at all. The staff were all polite and informative if you had any questions. If they didn't know they would direct you to the right person. The office was clean and DR. Zimmerman was so pleasant and kind. She offered great recommendations. It was no at all comforting or personable, felt like everyone was nice but not interested In my concerns or how I felt. I got the impression they were not all on the same page And didn’t really wanna be there but had to, so they did what they were there to do and that’s it. Won’t be back.

This visit went very quickly from check in to being seen by Dr. Zimmermann. By the time I was checked in, greeted by the nurse and seen by Dr. Zimmerman, it was not even 30 min. I had barely put on the gown before she was in to see me. No waiting in the exam room at all. Dr. Zimmerman also takes the time to see patients right after the exam in her office to review prescriptions, needs, etc. The best part is that I had my mammogram downstairs, went upstairs for my visit and had annual bloodwork done right in the office. Very efficient visit.
