“This appointment was my first time getting acupuncture. Jung Tak Kim asked about this straight away and paid very close attention to my comfort levels.
He did a combination of regular acupuncture, acupuncture with electric currents and massage. I was always in control of how intense each element was, which put me at ease. He finished my appointment by giving me exercises to do at work.
My neck and shoulders feel wonderful after the session and I can't wait to go back.”

Treatment was okay but I wouldn’t repeat. First time I tried to book, I was told provider doesn’t take my insurance. Later tried again (1mo later) and was told he is in network.
The office is very crowded. I shares a treatment room with another patient separated by a curtain. The treatment massage table was very uncomfortable (no face hole). Provider recognized my discomfort and said the other treatment room had a proper massage table. There are better providers in NYC.
