Many people spend years feeling like they have to hold it all together on their own. You do not have to do that here. My goal is to create a safe, open, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Therapy is not about having all the answers or pretending everything is okay. Sometimes healing begins by slowing down, becoming curious, and making sense of the patterns, experiences, and parts of ourselves that we may have ignored, hidden, or never fully understood. I work with adolescents, college students, athletes, high performers, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and the pressures that can come with simply being human. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also integrating relational, trauma-informed, attachment, and depth-oriented perspectives. I believe symptoms often tell a story, and together we can work to better understand not only what is hurting, but why. As a Clinical Psychologist with years of experience working within Division I athletics and high-performance environments, I understand what it feels like to carry expectations, perform under pressure, and appear strong while struggling internally. While I may not always have every answer, you can trust that you will not have to navigate difficult moments alone. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where healing, growth, and a deeper understanding of yourself can unfold.
