Getting to know Dr. Kaire Besses

I provide psychotherapy for adults experiencing mental discomfort, confusion, or emotional crisis. I do not treat children, couples, or families. However, I am highly skilled in working with individual clients who need cognitive behavioral guidance. Psychodynamic techniques are used to help you process your emotions, overcome past issues, and improve present-day life satisfaction. I am also able to provide pastoral counseling. I specialize in the African American cultural experience and Southeast Asian cultural experience, as well as working with veterans. I hold a PsyD in Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University.
