Dr. Reid and her staff were exceptional. I have been looking for a PCP my entire adult life and seem to have finally found a match. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I did not feel rushed or ignored. She even answered some of my husband's questions. Rare to find a doctor who is smart and kind/caring and have experienced a lot over the past ten years with a chronic condition. I believe I am on the path to be the healthiest I have been in 20 years.

I would highly recommend Dr. Plunkett-Reid and her team. They went out of their way to make may husband and I feel welcomed and cared for. We have been looking for a new PCP for a while and are excited to have found one that was so attentive and understanding of our health needs. As a healthcare provider myself, I greatly appreciate the high level of care we received, her attention to detail, and her accommodating our needs and interests in our care plan.
