I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck — the adult who wakes up anxious and can't explain why, the woman navigating fertility challenges or the isolating fog of the postpartum period, the parent watching their teenager withdraw and not knowing how to reach them, or the young adult trying to figure out who they are outside of everyone else's expectations. Maybe you've been pushing through for a long time, telling yourself you should be able to handle this on your own. Or maybe something has shifted recently — a loss, a transition, a relationship — and you're realizing that this time you don't want to push through it alone the way you always have. I work with preteens, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, postpartum struggles, and life transitions. I offer virtual therapy in English and Spanish to Florida residents and love to start with a free 15-minute consultation to make sure we feel like a good fit. My approach is warm, collaborative, and shaped entirely around you. Some days you need concrete tools to quiet the noise. Other days you just need space to slow down and simply be heard. Most people need both, and I pay close attention to where you are so I can meet you there. The first session is about getting to know you — not just what brought you to therapy, but who you are and what you're hoping to feel differently about. Most people leave feeling a little lighter just from finally having space to say what they've been carrying. Licensed in Florida (PY10923), in-network with Aetna.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Not every session looks the same — and that's intentional. Some days you need concrete tools. Other days you just need to be heard. Most people need both at different times. Whatever brings you here, the work is always tailored to you. Depending on what brings you in, our work together may draw from: — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): understanding how your thoughts and behaviors affect the way you feel — Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): building skills to manage intense emotions and navigate relationships — Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): learning to make room for difficult feelings without letting them run your life — Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): gradually facing what feels overwhelming so it loses its power over you Most importantly, the approach is always tailored to you — because no two people arrive at therapy the same way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation — a low pressure conversation where you can share a little about what's been going on and I can answer any questions you have about working together. It's a chance to get a feel for each other before making any commitment, and to make sure this feels like the right fit. From there, the first full session is really about getting to know you — not just what's brought you to therapy, but who you are, what matters to you, and what you're hoping to feel differently about. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to tell me everything at once. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you've already tried, and what feeling better actually looks like for you. By the end you'll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what that process could look like going forward. Most people leave that first session feeling a little lighter — not because everything is resolved, but because they finally had the space to say out loud what they've been carrying.
