Short and sweet. Doctor was very knowledgeable and made sure to take time to explain everything thoroughly and even educate me a bit more than I've ever been previously on eye images. Painless and fast appointment. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The staff and Dr. West were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process and its purpose. With the pictures of my eyes, Dr. West was able to pinpoint the problem causing my dry eyes. She prescribed a treatment plan, and explained it will so I should have no trouble following the plan.

Dr. West was amazing! She genially cared about making sure I had the best prescription. Everyone in the office was incredibly nice and helpful, from Morgan to the kind woman at the front desk. Their service level was above and beyond and I will always go to them from now on.

My entire experience at Nuvision Center was great. The receptionist was very welcoming, the assistant that ran some routine tests was very sweet and courteous and Dr. West was wonderful! I especially liked how Dr. West efficiently and effortlessly went though each test and asked questions or made explanations when needed. She has a very kind nature that makes you feel comfortable during the whole examination. Se also loves questions, tht was also a plus for me!!

The women working here were phenomenal and I couldn’t say enough nice things! The exam was quick and easy and I enjoyed getting to pick out glasses with them :)
