“He is a good doctor. He was a little fast and full of confidence. Confident is not bad but i like a bit more understanding and a willingness to hear the patient out even if that might take a few extra minutes. Initial impressions, but dr. Ravindran struck me as genuinely nice, with a good sense of humor. At the same time, he's very attentive and inquisitive, giving with his reasoning. Very friendly, kind, well spoken and organized. He is extremely tech savvy, and his office is clean, easy to find, and minimalistic in a very good way. Uncluttered, but dialed with efficiency.
If anything, I felt I needed to strive to become as efficient with my own medical records, in order to truly help him grasp my entire past and forge a structured care plan ahead.

The office did not inform me of all of the paperwork I had to do prior to the appointment. The link they had provided had said I had completed everything. So the first 20 minutes of my appt was answering questions for my chart that should have been collected already. Once the doctor came on, the appointment went smoothly and he had a very good bedside manner.
