Tia is a very empathetic, non-judgmental therapist. She is highly approachable and a great listener. She has helped me understand the root causes behind the various issues I raise in our sessions, which has also enabled me to better understand myself. Tia has provided really actionable advice that has helped me to get out of dark places, in times when my anxiety is spiraling. I enjoy our therapy sessions immensely and highly recommend her for anyone looking to start therapy.

I've been seeing Tia for a year and a half and she has helped me so much with coping with my anxiety. Not only is she understanding, but she is respectful, great at listening, and provides solutions. I would highly recommend seeing her!

Dr. Dasgupta was very approachable and had a calm demeanor. Her professionalism, empathy, and expertise have been invaluable in helping me navigate through some challenging times. Her ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space allowed me to open up and explore my thoughts and feelings freely. I truly felt heard and understood throughout our conversations, which made it easier for me to confront and address difficult emotions. Her insightful observations and constructive feedback have empowered me to gain a deeper understanding of myself and develop healthier coping mechanisms. I've learned valuable techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and issues that were impacting my well-being.
