I was charged for a service I didn't receive. Upon question was told that owners were out of town and they couldn't do anything about it. I left and returned uncomfortable with the charge and was given an email address to try to get ahold of the owner since no one seemed to be authorized to do a refund.. I didn't need contacts but was told they give you a free pair. They were the wrong prescription. The doctor said, "It's not that different than your prescription, so it's no big deal." I'm currently waiting for my refund and unfortunately won't be returning to this office which is a shame as it looks nice on the inside and is a convenient location.
Thank you for your patience and the advice you gave me and my mother. Your staff was especially helpful and accommodating, especially Lena and Zeda. Thank you so much.
