“Great experience. They were able to squeeze me at the last minute for an emergency consultant for a scratched cornea. I do not use glasses or contacts and seldomly go to the optometrist so inhage little reference in the past. However, I was very impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were. They called me and directed me to the right building, (my GPS sent me to the abandoned mall next door), they were patient with me finding my insurance information which I was struggling to locate, and were very efficient through it all. I was not a poster child patient and they had no problems reeling me in and getting me better. ”

I will never go back ! After I drove 2 hrs at 3:20 I called to ask where are they located as my gps said I have arrived but didn't see th exact place ! I was put on hold for about 5 minutes then someone different came on the phone asking me who I was and what my name ? When I was asking them to direct me after I told them where I was at ! Eventually the second person that came in the phone said were down the block but your appointment was at 3:20 it's 3:22 as I'm looking at the clock in my car , I said I just drove 2 hrs she says well the doctor is seeing her 3:40 appointment then she's going home ??????it was a waist of time and a tank of gas ??????
