About Dr. Kathryn Franchek

Dr. Kathryn was first introduced to chiropractic care in her late teens. After having dealt with chronic back problems, she was amazed at how much of a difference even her first adjustment made. After graduating from Lakewood Ranch High School, Dr. Kathryn set out on her journey towards becoming a chiropractic physician so that she could make that same difference in the lives of her patients. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Florida, Dr. Kathryn attended Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida campus in Port Orange, Florida, from which she graduated with honors. Before her graduation from Palmer, Dr. Kathryn completed a three-month internship at HCW where she worked closely with her mentor Dr. Cindy, who shares her passion for wellness. Dr. Kathryn is proficient in Diversified, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Palmer Upper Cervical, and instrument assisted adjusting techniques. When she is not treating patients, Dr. Kathryn enjoys art, music, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
