“I'm super iffy about going to new OBGYNs, and have had a particularly hard time being heard by women doctors. This was the complete opposite. Dr. Rutenberg was so kind and accommodating! She was receptive to my low pain tolerance and did what she could to minimize it, which is usually what other OBGYNs have completely ignored me on. Super pleasantly surprised”

Dr. Katheryn Rutenberg is a caring and engaged obstetrics and gynecology serving the community of New York, NY. Dr. Rutenberg attended the State University of New York, where she received her medical degree, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Bellevue Hospital Center. Dr. Rutenberg joined the faculty at Lenox Hill Hospital in December 2019. Dr. Rutenberg is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She sees patients for obstetrics care, annual pap smears, as well as other common and specialized reasons. Dr. Rutenberg is deeply committed to the well-being of her patients. She takes a thorough and precise approach to her consultations to ensure that she is consistently giving accurate diagnoses.
