As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr Kayla’s core mission is to give her patients the tools necessary to empower them to take an active role in their own healing journey. Using an evidence-based, full-body approach to treatment, she strives to help patients return to their natural balance through a variety of modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. Dr Kayla is a Minnesota licensed acupuncturist and is board-certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She earned both her Master’s in Acupuncture and Doctorate of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr Kayla has experience treating a wide range of symptoms and conditions. Her specialties include acute and chronic pain, mental health, ADHD, women’s health, fertility, gastrointestinal conditions, insomnia, facial pain and headaches, and stress relief. She also offers cosmetic acupuncture and Aculift® micro and nano-needling for skin and hair rejuvenation, scar reduction, and the treatment of various skin conditions. In addition to acupuncture, Dr Kayla incorporates Chinese herbal recommendations, Gua Sha, Bazi constitutional medicine, Tui Na, electrical stimulation, and cupping into her treatments for a comprehensive and personalized healing experience.
