Hello, I'm Keith. For as long as I can remember, I've been deeply interested in how people compensate for their weaknesses. I'm fascinated by our ability to learn and grow from our present circumstances and succeed, even when the odds seem against us. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping people realize their potential or observing their potential in action. This has continually motivated me to understand myself better and fueled my passion for helping others pursue their values despite life's challenges. As a Licensed Psychologist with a PsyD, I look forward to assisting you with the difficulties you might be facing on your journey through life. My areas of specialization include addiction, ADHD, anxiety, dementia, depression, spirituality, stress, and suicidal ideation or self-harming behaviors. Whether you're dealing with adjustment issues, relationship problems, neurodevelopmental disorders, test anxiety, or seeking clarity on your purpose and life goals, I'm here to support you. A little bit about me: I love doing life with my amazing wife. Additionally, I enjoy the typical Colorado activities like hiking, mountain biking, and recently, I've taken up road biking. While research was a chore during school, I've discovered a passion for learning about various topics and continuing to expand my knowledge. Lastly, I find joy (and sometimes suffering) in watching my favorite sports teams. I'm here to help you navigate through life's ups and downs and to support you in achieving your goals.
