“Optician Shannon was great and helped me with navigating to the office and rescheduling my original appointment when the tech was unavailable due to illness. Technician Clark was excellent, a good communicator, and guided/comforted me through all the eye exams I was going through, many of which involved advanced technology that I had never seen before. The virtual opticians who did additional tests and interpreted results were very knowledgeable and not at all pushy or demanding in terms of services they could provide or recommend. ”

He then left the Orange County bubble to attend the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree. I don't know anything about this doctor but ZOCDOC does not sync to their calendar and I booked the night before and I arrived to an office with no doctor and they were not expecting me. So a waste of about 1.5 hrs. just don't use zocdoc to book with them. The woman in the office was very nice. Glasses are very pricey but beautiful

I came in nervous because this was my first eye exam, but Megan made me feel so comfortable, and Dr Bukhri and Sandy were so comfortable to talk to.

Unsure at first how I would feel, however the in-person employees and tech assistance were incredible. The virtual environment was stress- free and easy I felt more informed than an in-person office. The virtual providers were more personable, nice, and informative than any in-person office I've been to. Amazing!

Very efficient. Shannx was super helpful. She called me prior to my visit to let me know the appointment was not covered by my insurance, and explained the teleoptomity process. Meagan was very thorough and explained the process consisly. It was a great appointment.

This was my first time trying this mix of in office and telehealth appointment and so I did not really know what to expect. But the service was great and its was super easy to get an appointment and no wait once I got there. Also liked that you could review frames prior to your appointment to have ready to try on once you are there.
