Dr. Lawrence was born and raised in South Dakota. She first moved to Arizona in 2003. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon, Dr. Lawrence did additional training by completing a residency in ocular disease and primary care on the Gila River Indian Reservation in Sacaton, AZ. Prior to her career as an optometrist, she was a first-grade teacher. She has a special place in her heart for children and enjoys providing pediatric vision exams, let her be your go-to provider for young children. As our pediatric provider, children ages 4-7 should be scheduled with Dr. Lawrence. She provides comprehensive eye health exams for ages 4 through seniors. Dr. Lawrence has a special interest in the management of medical eye conditions including diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, dry eye, eye infections, and eye allergies. She also has experience fitting a wide range of contact lenses. Dr. Lawrence and her husband, T.J., have two sons. Her favorite activities include those spent with her family. She enjoys traveling and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
