My clients described me as warm, empathic, reliable, and passionate about my work. I use an integrative approach to therapy and use CBT, DBT, and insight-oriented therapies to give you the tools to address your presenting concerns. I also have experience using EMDR therapy to resolve trauma.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to provide a non-judgmental and accepting space for my clients to share their thoughts and feelings, explore what is contributing to their problems, enhance self-awareness, and begin making changes.
