So much better than the usual LensCrafters type experience. Lovely staff, clean office, doctor was very competent and approachable. Whole experience was relaxed, no waiting and not rushed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kevin Leung is a careful listener and performs a thorough baseline exam in addition to addressing patient concerns. My husband and I had back to back appointments and we were both very pleased with the care and attention the staff provided. We have been going to eye&I for a few years now and Joe has been our go-to for glasses selection and fitting. The check-in form is online so wait time was minimal and the entire experience was seamless.

Was somewhat busy when I first arrived, but everyone was incredibly attentive, professional, and efficient once I was seen. Dr. Leung has excellent bedside manner and was very clear and concise as he guided me through the decision to try contact lenses for the first time. They even gave me a few to try with at home prior to purchasing a set, and made sure I was able to both put them on and take them off properly prior to leaving.

Great experience from the moment I walked in!
Upon entering, staff were quick to welcome me, space was clean and organized! Staff were aware that I had completed documentation prior to arrival!
When I was seen by the doctor, he was quick, responded to all questions and attempted to address the issues I had with insurance coverage.

Dr. Kevin Leung was extremely thorough and cared for me as if I were family. He took time to listen to my concerns and took each one seriously. He explained that my dry eyes could be due to a combination of Sjogren's and other dry eye mechanisms, and provided me with multiple solutions to alleviate my symptoms. He expressed my eyelid glands and placed punctal plugs to help my dry eyes, and even gave me a sample of a nasal spray to help stimulate tears. He also discussed my ocular health and recommended additional exams to rule out glaucoma. He was incredibly patient throughout the process and answered all of my questions with genuine concern. He went above and beyond, I will be coming back to Dr. Leung for my eye care.

I barely had to wait even though I was 20 min early. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. Dr. Leung was incredibly reassuring. He explained everything in detail and seemed highly knowledgeable. Recommend!

It is a hospital like an optical store. Located on a busy street and there is a public paring nearby. Overall it was very clean. The staff and doctors were very friendly and gave good treatment. Highly recommended.

I needed to be seen for a last minute appointment and Dr. Lin was there to help. The office is not in a parking friendly neighborhood, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The office is on the smaller side, but was very clean and presentable. I had to wait a little bit to be seen but I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone who lives in the area to go see Dr. Lin. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I am so pleased with the appointment I had for my son. Eye exams for children can be challenging, but I am certain that an accurate prescription was obtained. My son cannot wait for his new glasses to come in. I was also VERY impressed with all of the COVID-19 protocols in place. I recommend anyone come here!

Very clean office and friendly staff. The office called me before hand to verify my insurance and reason for visit. Upon arrival my temperature was taken and I needed to fill out 3 more forms. I was then taken to have my retinal imaging done and then seen by the doctor after who did further exams. The overall appointment was 1 hour but everything was very thorough. I will definitely be back next year for my yearly exam!
