Great doctor! I requested the appointment over the weekend for the coming Monday and saw him that day! There was abit of a wait, but it’s worth it because he is calm and attentive, really listens and then lays out the options for treatment. He and the staff came off as respectful and accommodating and the office is nice too

I had a weird experience at this office. When I was called to the back, the entire staff stared at mewhen I walked through, as if they knew something about me or they had been talking about me. I felt awkward. There were four or five women in the front desk area. Then, as I was in the room with a young lady, she didn't introduce herself. She just started talking asking me questions.. So at this time, I'm listening attentively waiting for her to ask me something other than why I'm there. I felt uncomfortable. She asked me why I was there and didn't close the door. I kind whispered bc the other women were looking at me. Then eventually one of them came to the room, called the other girl out and closed the door. They left me for a good 20 to 25 mins. I was so irritated, but told myself to be patient. When they returned, the other girl joined her in the interview. By that time, I felt more irritated. I asked them what's going on, is everything okay? They said, everything was fine. So they proceeded to ask me questions, while the other girl listened. I figured out she was training the other girl. I really wish they would have said that and introduce themselves to make me feel comfortable. So I just went along with the questions since I was a new pt. Eventually, the atmosphere timed down a little as we spoke about other things. After they finished the questions, they left me in the office for another 30 mins waiting on the doctor. I was so irritated because that place was empty i believe i was the only patient there. So the doctor comes in... he seem polite, but fir some reason he stayed on the side of me. He never stood in front if me. I felt he was intimidated by me, I could be wrong. But the entire visit, he stayed on the right side of me, while his assistant (who seems to be nosey) looked on and watched and listened to everything. I dont think I like that office. The staff is too nosey and out of touch with the people. I didn't feel like my issue was resolved. I will be going to another dermatologist for another opinion. I wish the doctor was more engaged to assure me that he is confident in her prognosis. I got there at 3:40pm and left at 530pm. That's unacceptable! Especially, with no other patients in that office. Oh and they didn't have me in their system for my appointment. Thank God for your reminder texts; otherwise, I would not have been seen. That could have been the reason for the stares. I'm only sharing my experience to hopefully help improve the office. His assistant needs to be more concious of his she stares at patients, especially when they come for reasons that are private and person. That really irritated me!

Booked my appointment on ZocDoc. Fast confirmation. The check in process for new patients was easy. They emailed the forms prior to my arrival so I had them all filled out. The front desk person was very nice. The doctor wasexcellent and knowledgeable. Gave me a pamphlet on what I had. Sent the prescription straight to my pharmacy. I was very happy with the service. Downside; The wait was over two hours.

Dr. Bridges takes the time to explain the diagnosis and prognosis. He listened to me and made me feel that he was taking into account my thoughts regarding my specific health issue.

Good, very nice staff, except for the waiting time. Waited 20 minutes to be taken to the room to wait for the doctor. Waited 30 minutes to be seen by the PA. Waited another 30 minutes to be seen by thedoctor. I left the office two hours after arriving. I was told that my name did not show on their list as having an appointment but that they were having problems with their systems.

It is a sign of a good doctor and a good human being when they actually remember you as a person. Bridges remembered I was in the same room a year ago and remembered the conversation we had about the presidential election. That is a good person.

Doctor was busy with another patient, completing other procedure. Office staff will try to sell you a ton of products you don't need. He was professional, staff was aggressive sales people who only cared about money. Especially the ladies at the front.

Way too much paperwork. The most I have ever experienced at a dermatology office. Very repetitive.

Although the office is beautiful and the staff was very friendly, I didn't appreciate waiting over an hour to see the doctor. After waiting that long, I was seen for only 90 seconds and I didn't feel I was fully diagnosedor even provided the time to discuss anything I may be concerned about. I do have another appointment scheduled so let's see how that goes.
