I work with individuals to build on their strengths, make healthier choices, and achieve greater freedom in their lives. I offer a supportive environment and work with you to increase your self-understanding and effectively make long-lasting changes in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I suggest that we start with an in-depth consultation, generally 2-4 sessions, during which we explore the issues that bring you to therapy. You should speak as openly as you can, including any doubts or questions that you have about therapy. I hope that by the end of the consultation you will have a better sense of how therapy might help, as well as some fresh thoughts about yourself and your difficulties. We can then discuss how to proceed going forward. If after meeting it seems like another approach would be more helpful for you, I will do my best to help you with referrals to meet your needs.
