Welcome to Premier Foot and Ankle! I’m Dr. Kimberlee Hobizal, and I founded this practice with a heartfelt mission: to provide you with the exceptional, personalized foot and ankle care you truly deserve. I understand that your feet are unique, and so are your needs. Unlike large organizations or insurance-driven practices, we believe in direct, compassionate care focused solely on getting you back on your feet, pain-free.
I earned my Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and a Master’s in Health Administration from Des Moines University. I completed my residency in Podiatric Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at UPMC Mercy, followed by a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery and Trauma at the same institution. This extensive training allows me to provide expert, comprehensive care tailored to your individual needs.
At Premier Foot and Ankle, we take the time to listen to you. Your concerns and experiences matter to us. Our direct care services come with transparent pricing, ensuring there are no hidden insurance bills later. When you book an initial consultation, we’ll sit down together to determine the best therapy and treatment options tailored specifically for you. This includes a 45-60 minute fully comprehensive evaluation, imaging, and treatment. I will personally craft treatment packages designed to provide the most comprehensive and effective results for your foot and ankle health.
We also offer a luxury Pedi Spa experience with our certified nail technician, providing you with medical-grade pedicures that are sanitary and free from the risk of infections or toenail fungus. We provide Leneva Fat Pad injections for callus treatment, Keryflex for nail replacement, and Onyfix for ingrown nail treatment without painful injections.

Let me just start off by saying when we first walked into office it was so inviting it felt so homie and all the decorations were so adorable.. very clean also smelled amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful and efficient! The doctor was very sweet and gentle not to mention beautiful lady and followed by even more beautiful woman and i truly appreciate the time taken to assist me with my foot and thank you healthcare hero’s your amazing ??????

This was my first appointment with Dr Hobizal, having been referred by my primary care physician. I found Dr Hobizal to be very personable, thoughtful and knowledgeable as she evaluated my condition and developed a plan going forward. As a retired health care professional, I appreciated her willingness and ability to craft a shared decision-making approach to problem solving and management.

Excellent visit. Doctor spent ample time listening and understanding multitude of my foot issues. X-ray’s were taken. Doctor clearly explained what she thought was the issue and we agreed on the treatment plan. I walked out of there with a better understanding and a higher confidence in finally solving my foot issues. Assistant Sam and office staff were awesome.

Dr. Hobizal is excellent. She spent about 45 minutes doing a thorough exam on a foot issue I have been dealing with for quite a while. I have seen multiple doctors with limited success. She explained my issue and her recommended treatment plan very clearly and easy for me to understand. I am finally seeing big improvement. I could not believe how quickly I saw results using the regenerative therapies that Premier Foot and Ankle offers.
I got a package deal for StemWave treatment for my tennis elbow. After just a few treatments my elbow is feeling so much stronger and I am experiencing much less pain on a regular basis.
After inquiring about my regular foot fatigue and pain in my plantar fascia area I was recommended to try the Remy Laser treatment. Remy Laser has greatly reduced the daily pain and ache I feel in the bottom of my feet. I would highly recommend both treatments!
I would highly recommend Dr. Hobizal! The staff at Premier Foot and Ankle are always super friendly and very knowledgeable! I always enjoy myself when I am there!
