Chiropractor
7453 Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX
Hi everyone! I'm Dr. Kinlea, a chiropractor here at Renew & Restore Wellness. I'm a Texas girl born and raised but will never get used to the crazy heat we have. I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences. After college, I attended Parker University, where I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master's in Functional Nutrition. With my adjustments, I most commonly use diversified technique and myofascial release, but I also utilize drop tables, Arthrostem, and activator techniques. The reason chiropractic is so important to me is because of my sweet grandmother (who was also my greatest friend). She was always my #1 fan and loved getting her adjustments to keep her nervous system in check. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with cancer and was given no holistic alternatives to help her be more comfortable during her battle, but that is where I helped her to the best of my ability. Watching a family member go through the trials she did made me realize everyone deserves to have a healthy nervous system from the time of birth onward. I am a huge advocate that keeping your spine and nervous system in the correct position helps keep your body functioning at the highest level. In my spare time, I love to play pickleball, try new restaurants (Italian food is my favorite), hang out with my sweet husband, and get all the cuddles and lap sits from my two Great Danes, Gunther and Winston. I am a passionate chiropractor who is so excited to help you and your loved ones with all of your health needs!
