Getting to know Dr. Kiristin Eggett

Therapy will be conducted in a calm and supportive environment. Our initial sessions will serve as the foundation for getting to know you and why you came to therapy. Sessions will be dedicated to understanding your personal background and history, some medical history and significant life events that may be relevant to your mental health and functioning. Often I help clients explore how their thoughts and feelings affect their relationships, coping with medical problems and challenging life circumstances (retirement, finances, managing grief, downsizing). My focus is on your holistic well being, empowering you to thrive and find fulfillment in your golden years. You will be encouraged to express yourself freely in a non judgmental supportive interaction. Together we will work collaboratively to explore solutions, set goals and develop coping strategies.
