Patient reviews for Dr. Korboi Evans
Dr. Evans is fantastic and so is his staff.
Definitely glad that I chose to see Dr. Evans. I came in with a laundry list of things wrong, he listened, helped me prioritize (ha!), was friendly and personable, and addressed all of them. He answered every question that I had and made me feel comfortable with the rehab that he suggested. I would definitely recommend him and have found my go to ortho!
He is very personable. Great listener and really cares for the patient. I would strongly recommend scheduling a appointment and/or procedure with him. He listened intently to my concerns, which was greatly appreciated.
I thought he was pretty thorough. Great bedside manners!
My 85 year old Mom came to Dr Evans in a state of both pain and nervousness. Dr Evans' degree of knowledge, coupled with his warm and confident bedside manner, was invaluable. My mother agreed to a knee replacement surgery and thus far, she (and we, her children) are in agreement that the comfort and confidence we placed in Dr Evans was well founded. He is a skilled surgeon, and a wonderful human being!
Excellent patient experience. The X-Ray technologist was very welcoming and generous. Dr. Korboi Evans was very kind.
Dr Evans is great, however his front desk staff are rough around the edges. Also, people shouldnt waste their time completing info on zoc doc cause they"ll have you do it again STANDING AT A KIOSK FOR MORE THAN 20 MIN IN AN ORTHAPEDIC OFFICE??? Terrible check in process.
As a Doctor
Very personable physician who listens to your concerns before devising a plan of action. Explained his thought process and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. I felt informed leaving the office. In addition, his front desk and ancillary staff were super efficient. Highly recommend him.
Very nice and professional. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and let me make the decision instead of surgery instead of him saying I really needed it.
Administrative staff seemed a little flustered by a same day Zoc Doc appointment, but Dr. Evans was great. Took his time with me even though I was the last patient of the day.
Dr Evans is a great doctor and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him to all of my clients and any one I come in contact with. The office member that really stood out to me with her excellent customer service skills was Tonya. I believe some of the other staffer could take a few lessons in customer service from Tonya. Tonya displayed a genuine likability for all patients.
Dr. Evans is an excellent and caring surgeon. What else do you need?
Dr. Evans is very professional and explains in depth and answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable about my ankle surgery. He has a warm smile and you can see that he knows his stuff. I was fortunate enough to find this doctor online after doing extensive research after researching several doctors. I came across Dr Evans and sadly to say he was my second opinion doctor and I would have being willingly to go through 5 to get the right one, but after my husband and I visited with him and consulted with a relative in another state that has the same specialty we knew I was in safe hands. These doctors are scary out here but I will be sending Dr Evans many patients.
Dr Evans is knowledgeable, kind, poised and professional.
Excellent!! Dr. Evans was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
He's seriously the best doctor I've ever seen. Once I filled out my information, he saw me immediately, got all of the information related to my problem, had me take an X-Ray, and then talked me through short-term and long-term steps. All within about a half hour! I've been struggling with back pain for several months now and it's nice to have Dr. Evans on my side now.
Dr. Evan's is very approachable and the level of care he and his staff - including his physical therapy team provides are top notched and noticed by all!
Dr. Evans has a friendly and approachable demeanor. And he knows his specialty - orthopedics. He was the 2nd ortho surgeon I saw and I decided he should do my surgery.
It was a great visit! Dr Evans and his team were friendly, caring, informative and helpful!
Very good experience. I felt very comfortable even in pain
Absolutely perfect! Dr. Korboi Evans was friendly, patient, and understanding, but most importantly he cared. I felt valued and respected by not only the doctor, but the staff as a whole. I would recommend Dr. Evans to any and everyone.
Dr Evans was amazing! Highly recommend ????
Outstanding, professional physician with an excellent staff.
Dr Evans was very personable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him!
Dr. Evans and his team at Greater Washington Orthopaedic Group have restored my faith in physicians. From the staff at the front desk to the technical assistant who took my X-ray, to Dr. Evans' scribe and the unbelievably talented Dr. Evans, I was thrilled with my appointment and the results. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and prompt. I have grown up in a family filled with physicians and dentists and know an exceptional doctor when I meet one! Dr. Evans was patient, thorough, went through the findings of my x-rays in detail, explained exactly what he found, the plan going forward. options, etc., and answered all of my questions. My first appointment was an emergency appointment, but I was so impressed that I am moving all of my orthopedic care as well as that of my family's from the group we currently use in Maryland to Dr. Evans and the Greater Washington Orthopaedic Group. The last time I felt this confident with ANY orthopedic practice was when I accompanied a family member from Maryland to NY's Hospital for Special Surgery for knee replacement surgery. Thank you Zoc Doc for making me aware of this practice! Michelle B.
Dr. Evans was kind and enthusiastic about helping me. He made sure to check everything surrounding my injury even though it was minor. I left feeling well cared for and confident that I will heal by following his guidance.
Dr. Evans has been absolutely phenomenal! I have never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes after my appointment time to see him. He was actually my third doctor I had to see about my ongoing knee pain. Many doctors wrote me off and told me to just lose weight. Dr. Evans didn't mention the obvious. He has come up with several options that don't include surgery, to assist with eliminating the pain. The only downfall of the office has been the business/billing side. They have been very slow and have lacked communication and efficacy. But I am trying to be patient since Dr. Evans has been amazing.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice patient waiting area. Dr. Evans is an outstanding physician and was able to quickly and correctly diagnose my medical condition as well as provide prescriptions, recommendations, and treatment advice.
Dr Evans and his staff her very friendly, professional and courteous. They asked all the right questions, and they didn’t dilly-dally. And they did it without seeming like they were just rushing me out of the door. Fantastic.
Very knowledgeable and nice. He listened to me and evaluated my foot. I would come here again. Note for others, don’t checkin with Zocdoc forms it’s a waste the doctors office will have you fill out forms on a tablet when you arrive.
Dr. Evans was very attentive and took his time with explaining my condition. He made sure to discuss options on what we can do to help my knee. His staff were very nice and super helpful! I definitely recommend coming here.
Dr. Evan's was very easy to talk with and he assured me that I could feel better . If only I do my part for he would do his. All staff that I cane in contact with were extremely welcoming and I liked that I had very little wait time!
I appreciate the fact that I should try cortisone shot first, but I didn't know I was going to get a prescription. Did he offer me one? I don't remember (in case I have to use the "discount coupon" offered in this e-mail.
Dr. Evans was wonderful and made me feel very calm. He even patiently listened to my venting. The M.A. Crystal was also very professional and personable. I highly recommend this particular doctor, location, and office staff.
After 2 visits from other doctors, Dr. Evans was able to diagnose me with a hip labrum year. He ordered an MRI which discovered the issue. Other doctors only gave me medicine which didn’t help the problem. I’m glad to have a doctor that listened to my concerns and was able to really solve the problem.
Explained things well, used humor, was patient, willing to answer questions. Gave his undivided attention. This was definitely a refreshing experience.
Dr. Evans saw me the same day I made the appointment before the start of a holiday weekend!
He was very thorough in his examination listen to my concerns . I would highly recommend Dr Evans
Dr. Evans is very efficient and pleasant. He does not waste any time, but he welcomed questions and interaction. He listened carefully and took into consideration a lot of potential contributing factors for my medical situation. He explained his approach and how to move forward very clearly. I would recommend Dr. Evans.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Evans! He is very caring, he took his time explaining his treatment plan with me , and he has an excellent bedside manner, which is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking orthopedic care.
The zocdoc medical form fill-out didn't really do anything here, but other than that, it was really good. Office was coordinated, and while I could tell they were in a hurry (as typical of ortho clinics), Dr. Evans double-checked on xrays for us and took a call afterwards to confirm the next steps. I'm not sure if there's free parking at the Holy Cross Hospital clinic, so do be aware that there is a parking fee.
Personable and friendly. Very professional , precise, and straight to the point.
