About Dr. Koushik Nag

He later moved to Michigan, where he attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Nag then went on to complete his General Cardiology Fellowship and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship through the Statewide Campus System at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was actively involved in coronary and peripheral vascular research trials during his fellowship. He is board Certified in Internal Medicine & General Cardiology and board eligible in Interventional Cardiology. Due to his expansive training, Dr. Nag is one of the most versatile interventionalists practicing Cardiology in Arizona.

Hi I have booked appointment for annual check up by searching with annual check up in Zocdoc. I have also mentioned in the booking application notes about annual health check. They accepted the appointment. But in the doctor room I was mentioned that is not annual health check. And they did some test by there awn and sent me bill as my responsibility. Annual health checks should be supposed to be free but they cheated

I was experiencing heart problems and had been struggling to be seen in a timely manner by other facilities. This doctor was able to see me quickly and has responded with a follow up call within hrs of my echocardiagram to discuss the results. I could not be more pleased with the care I have received thus far. I highly recommend him as well as his staff. Thumbs up all the way around!
