As a recent graduate, Dr. Kristen Sweat D.C.’s mission is to take care of her community and help patients reveal their potential through quality care, education, and support. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Kristen went to Logan University, where she attended the Logan College of Chiropractic and gained a solid foundation to become a confident and well-rounded clinician. Before going to chiropractic school, Dr. Sweat was a professional violinist and vocalist for 27 years. One night after a performance, she felt severe pain when she inhaled. Luckily her fitness coach was a chiropractor and advised that she find a DC. She quickly realized that chiropractic was necessary to continue her active lifestyle, stay out of pain, and function to her fullest potential. As a chiropractor at Chiro One, Dr. Sweat loves having the ability to connect with individuals and help them recognize the potential of their bodies to perform, whatever their day-to-day may be. Her patients can expect attentiveness, empathy, a genuine desire to help, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement as a clinician.
