What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients from diverse backgrounds to start the healing process. Experienced in treating trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, substance abuse/addiction, grief, and loss, I strive to work collaboratively, helping clients gain insight, create change, heal, and grow. In our initial sessions, we'll get to know each other and work together to understand any challenges you face.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have specialized training and experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is my preferred treatment approach. In my experience, ACT is effective for most people and in treating most issues. However, I believe in tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each patient. In treatment, we will work together, in collaboration, to determine what approach(es) are the best fit.
