By booking an appointment, patients acknowledge that ongoing care is provided through a monthly membership program ($249/month) rather than traditional insurance billing.
Month-to-month billing. Can cancel anytime with 30 day notice. Great alternative to traditional urgent care with full 30 day coverage of follow-ups even if you're only looking to take care of an urgent need.
Insurance is NOT billed for membership services. HSA/FSA accepted.
Labs, imaging, medications, and certain third-party services can be billed through your insurances.

Finding an LGBTQ+ affirming primary care doctor can be challenging. Dr. Chen creates a welcoming environment and makes it easy to discuss sensitive topics without feeling judged. I always feel respected, comfortable and well cared for.

I appreciate that visits aren't just about treating problems after they happen. Dr. Chen provides time reassuring prevention, lifestyle changes, and long-term health goods. It feels much more personalized than any primary care experience I've had before.

As a Chinese-speaking patient, I've had appointments in the past where I felt hesitant to ask questions because I wasn't fully confident in my English. Being able to speak Mandarin with Dr. Chen made a huge difference. I felt understood, respected, and never rushed. It's reassuring to have a doctor who can explain things clearly and make sure I truly understand my health.

I've never enjoyed going to the doctor and usually avoided it unless absolutely necessary. Dr. Chen has completely changed that experience. Scheduling is simple, visits are relaxed, and I actually feel comfortable asking questions.
