He graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Parkview Hospital in Philadelphia, where he received advanced specialized training in foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Goss focuses on helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Specializing in complex foot and ankle pathology with an emphasis on elective care and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Goss is board certified in Foot Surgery, Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery, and Wound Care. Over the past 28 years, he has served as a residency director, training future doctors in Foot and Ankle Surgery. He has performed over 7,000 surgeries and is affiliated with Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Goss has contributed chapters to many Foot and Ankle Surgery Textbooks and authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles. He was the editor of The Review Text in Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine and has lectured at over 300 Continuing Medical Education Lectures, including international presentations at the World Foot and Ankle Congress. In addition to his expertise in foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Goss specializes in traumatic injuries to the leg and ankle. He is skilled in ankle arthroscopic surgery, total ankle replacement surgery, endoscopic surgery, CO2 laser surgery, and both internal and external fixation techniques. Dr. Goss takes the time to understand each patient’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans. He accepts multiple insurance plans to ensure accessible care. Dr. Goss is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association. Residing in the Philadelphia area, Dr. Goss is married with a son and enjoys playing golf, hunting, and fishing in his spare time.
