What should a new client know about working with you?

I support clients in navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, childhood emotional neglect, and gender identity concerns. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based interventions with compassion and collaboration, creating a space where clients can develop effective coping strategies, explore and reframe longstanding patterns, and strengthen their connection to their authentic selves. Through therapy, clients often gain greater self-awareness, confidence, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of alignment and well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically, we will begin with an initial consultation to determine whether my therapeutic approach and your needs feel like a good fit. If you choose to move forward, we will schedule an intake appointment where we will discuss your concerns, goals for therapy, develop an individualized treatment plan, and review scheduling options. From there, we will begin ongoing sessions focused on creating a supportive therapeutic relationship and working collaboratively toward growth, healing, and meaningful change
