I had a very positive experience during my visit. The eye exam with Dr. Lauren Daniel, OD, was thorough, professional, and clearly explained, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
Dr. Lauren Daniel was attentive and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I also want to highlight Rebecca, who was extremely helpful and patient. She guided me through the lens and frame selection process and made sure I understood all my options without any pressure.
Even though I have not received my glasses yet, the overall service, communication, and level of care were excellent. I truly felt that they were focused on providing the best solution for my needs.
I would definitely recommend this office and would gladly return.”
