Getting to know Dr. Lauren Zomick
Are you feeling overwhelmed and alone, or suddenly find it difficult to communicate your needs effectively to those most important in your life? I believe that through the connection fostered in a positive therapeutic relationship, individuals can learn to heal themselves and their relationships while fully experiencing all that life has to offer. Together, we will work to discover and understand longstanding patterns of thinking and feeling that prevent us from fully understanding ourselves and what motivates our behavior. With guidance and support, clients begin to better understand themselves.
I am a Licensed Psychologist with a PsyD from St. John's University, passionate about helping others achieve greater satisfaction in their lives. Using a variety of modalities, I tailor each session not only to each client but also to the unique needs within each session.
Please note that I do not accept insurance as payment. I am an out-of-network provider and require payment in full at the time of service. I am happy to provide documentation that can be submitted to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

Truly a remarkable experience from the start. I was hesitant in finding a therapist as I had heard varying stories on the process. Let me tell you - from day 1, Lauren Zomick has been absolutely amazing.
It’ll be 3 years this summer and the work we’ve done together has been astounding. She’s helped me hold up the mirror and do heavy lifting/work on myself while being right there with me.
There are times now in my day to day that I find myself in awe at how well I’ve adjusted to everyday stressors and in setting healthy boundaries to take care of myself.
100/10. Highly recommend.

I've been Lauren's patient for years, and I've found her very understanding not only regarding finding the root cause but also living in the present. She maintains a good balance between being supportive and validating while being straightforward and helping you through tough times. Her bedside manner is excellent and she keeps in touch if we need to reschedule. Overall, I enjoy having her as a therapist and would recommend her to others !
