About Dr. Lawrence Gipson
Dr. Lawrence L. Gipson, FACS is a Board Certified Eye Surgeon concentrating in comprehensive ophthalmology. Procedures performed by Dr. Gipson include, but are not limited to, Lasik, diabetic laser, eyelid surgery, glaucoma filtration surgery and the SLT laser for glaucoma. Dr. Gipson also performs routine eye examinations and provides contact lens and eye glass prescriptions for the entire family.
Dr. Gipson graduated from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan with an undergraduate degree in Botany. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, which was followed by an internship at Montefiore Hospital University of Pittsburgh and an ophthalmology residency at Eye and Ear Hospital University of Pittsburgh.

First doctor to actually treat my condition instead of putting me down and making me feel like my hygiene was the issue. Staff was so helpful and informative. Went through 3 doctors over my chronic condition and within a month the treatment he prescribed and routine that was recommended had my flare ups under control

I love this office! I’ve been going here for years for my eyes and I added my Botox treatments also! I can’t say enough about the professionalism. Friendly staff and of course Dr. Gipson! He has a light hand with injections, and knows exactly what I need! The staff, so sweet and helpful. EVERONE is smiling there, you would think it was a dentist office!
