“I came in as a new patient and I can honestly say I was impressed! Each staff member was SUPER FRIENDLY! Every last one of them. The wait time was very short so I didnt even sit in the lobby more than 15min Dr. Richter was awesome! He made me feel very comfortable, he was very patient, and also allowed me to ask all the questions I needed. I would totally recommend this office to ANYONE! ”

This Zocdoc app let me book an appointment for 8:30 AM I went to this location and there was a sign that the office opened at 9 AM. To be sure I called the number from my confirmation text it was a personal number with no answer. When the office opened they advised me this doctor does not work for the company. I contacted customer service from zocdoc they are completely unhelpful and did not provide me with a case number as requested for this issue. Booking here on this site will waste your time.

I been a patient for Dr. Ritcher since my first pregnancy and my daughter is turning 17 this summer. I would think that if he was retiring they would at least take in consideration and let his patients know about. I would only go once a year for my normal pap smear check up since I'm healthy and nothing has been wrong with me. I come to this app to make my yearly appointment and surprisingly it allows me to make an appointment. What's my surprise that I arranged to have the day off to make it to my appointment and when I go it turns out he no longer is practicing and for that matter the clinic is not in service anymore . I called the clinic and phone out of service. So here I am now in search of a new doctor. Very disappointed with the clinic itself and with This app that allowed me to book an appointment in a clinic that no longer exists with a doctor that stopped practicing almost a year ago .

I arrived for the appt at 9:30 there was no one in the bldg. The door was locked and no one there. It would have been nice to be advised the office was no longer in business at this location.

Terrible experience. Horrible bed side manner. The first thing this man said when he walked into the room was “I don’t care if you’re having sex. That’s between you and god.” As a gyno, you should absolutely care about whether I’m having sex or not and whether there’s bleeding/pain/etc. He immediately launched into a lecture and jumped from different topics without stopping for me to ask questions. Immediately following this lecture he tried to go straight into the procedure. I stopped him and told him I had a couple questions. He gave me vague answers and then told me that if I have any more questions I can talk about it DURING the procedure. Throughout the Pap smear he kept lecturing and almost talking down to me about topics I already knew. Of course, he didn’t know I already had the information because he asked me ZERO questions. Going to the gyno is already an uncomfortable experience, especially with a man. Dr. R lacks compassion, manners, and communication skills.

I went in for a new patient consultation. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was professional and straight to the point. He explained what the procedures I needed before recommending a treatment plan. My only gripe was the long wait time. Had the staff checked up on me after the 20 minute mark the wait wouldn't have been so agonizing.

Absolutely awful. He was rushing me out of the office and didn’t address any of the issues or concerns I came in for and proceeded to explain the different birth control options which I was not interested in at all. Not to mention he was INCREDIBLY rude and condescending to the other individuals working with him and well as me the patient. The door kept being left open while I had no bottoms on and I was discussing personal information. No one in the office communicated, and I was listed as having no insurance meanwhile I gave them my insurance at the counter, and was questioned several times about my method of payment.

Very professional and courteous! Dr Richter took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns more than any other doctor I have ever encountered. I am feeling very confident he will diagnose my condition with accuracy. I look forward to future visits and am making Dr. Richter my specialist of choice.

Well it would of been a lot better if we didn't have too wait for 2 HOURS AND 25 MINUTES. And what really grinds my gears about the whole thing is that my husband and I got there 25 minutes early too make sure I would be seen on time. I am a new patient I understand its a much longer process and whatever but really 2 hours and 20 minutes is a bit much. GET THIS, WHEN I WAS SEEN IT WAS ONLY FOR 10 MINUTES. Hmmm. This really killed my experience for my first appointment, I was not happy at all. More happy about leaving then anything. I'm gonna give it one more go for my appointment next week but if I'm waiting this long again ya girl is out. The staff was nice and professional but the wait time kinda trumps how nice the staff is unfortunately. I just came in hoping everything will be smooth but came out super disappointed. lets see how next appointment goes.

Well seeing as how I've seen dr. Richter before and he delivered two of my children I know that he's a good doctor but this app on the other hand is ridiculous I set the appointment to this app said that I had culinary insurance waited 2 weeks to go to my appointment only to find out that that doctor does not take my culinary insurance when setting the appointment your app asked me what insurance I had so I don't understand why the appointment was set if knowing they don't accept culinary insurance needless to say it was a waste of a day because I had to take off work to see the doctor that I didn't get to see
