This was my first visit to Dr. Popovitz’s office and it was wonderful! His staff was warm, welcoming and professional. Dr. Popovitz addressed all my concerns with compassion and well founded expertise. His assistant Linda (I might have thename wrong) was just great! She spent a great deal of her time listening to me and allowing me to feel that I had fully expressed all my orthopedic issues. I highly recommend this practice! Good job team!

Wait time was frustrating and when I went back for follow-up the next week, I got there and found out that the doctor wasn't there. They said I could see the PA and never even apologized. But my experience actually beingwith the doctor was very good, and they were able to schedule my MRI before I even left the office.

Dr. Popovitz and his PA were extremely competent and helpful. I had a minor issue but felt in very good hands. Only complaint was that I booked an appointment first thing so I wouldn't be late for work and half anhour later was told there were still three patients in front of me. My boss was understanding, but it was stressful to be late after getting up so early to be there on time.

Looking for a second opinion. Office hustled to get the radiology report which wasn't sent as I asked - I appreciated their help. Doc was direct, to the point, explained things clearly. Would definitely recommend. Think my long wait was partiallydue to first time patient and partially office working to get radiology report.

The behind the desk staff were on point, very polite and professional and never seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people in the room. The Doctor was very quick with is exam but wasn't afraid to give me his idea ofwhat was wrong with me knee. He genuinely seemed happy I was there. The worst part of the experience was the strange old lady who guided me to my room. I did not let that detract from my overall approval of the place however.

Even though I sent forms through ZocDoc, I had to fill out paper forms in the office. I arrived about 25 minutes early, filled out paperwork, then was seen about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Was initially seen by aPA, who was actually pretty great. She consulted with Dr. P, then I saw him for about 2 minutes so he could confirm the PA's diagnoses. The office was pretty bustling during my entire visit. The administrators were great about checking in with my insurance and relaying my coverage to me, as well as helping me schedule follow-up PT appointments.

Great. My mother is an orthopedic surgeon, so I grew up knowing a bit about what should be done in patient visits & in regards to bedside manner and Popovitz was spot on. He has great bedside manner, was very goodat explaining the process of diagnosis and stated that we will try a non-invasive approach first--all signs of a great surgeon. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Leon was very good, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The only main issue I have that they list on Zocdoc that they are in-network with my insurance, but when you come to the office they nevermention that the doctor is out-of network either. You only find it out when you get billed. The lady at the billing department just saying nonsense. Be careful.
