Easy visit, the facility is nice. I just wanted a referral for a knee injury. Dr. Bottrell was great. Very efficient -- felt a tad bit rushed, but she didn't push and X-rays, surgery, etc.

wait time was ridiculous and less than 5 minutes with the doctor. she barley even touched my ankle, was rushed and didn’t really answer questions, and just sent me to physical therapy. she didn’t have much to offer me on her own.

Not a great experience.
1. The office location in Zoc Doc says upper east side. This location is in Greenwich Village. Traveling from Queens to the upper east side to Greenwich was very frustrating with a torn ligament in my knee. Due to this I missed my 10 AM and had to book a 2 PM. The whole day was gone. Please change your address on ZocDoc. (Called ZocDoc about this, this is the Dr's responsibility).
2. It took over an hour to be seen, although, I arrived 20 minutes early.
3. The doctor's coordinator was supposed to follow up with me about whether my insurance would cover the MRI. I didn't hear back all week. Had to call and was told they would call me back because they were busy.
4. Staff were rude and unfriendly
5. Seeing the doctor felt rushed and I didn't get clarity surrounding the issue.

The office staff in general weren't the best communicators, wait time total about 30 mins ( to see Dr, to get x ray to check out). Visit with Dr felt pleasant but very quick and transactional.
