What should a new client know about working with you?

You deserve to feel confident and connected—without sacrificing who you are. Balancing family pressures, cultural expectations, and your own ambitions is overwhelming. But what if there was a way to break free from anxiety, burn-out, and the sense of always being “too much” or “not enough”? Together, we can work through these challenges. I specialize in trauma, high-functioning anxiety, and BIPOC mental health. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a transformative therapy that helps you heal from past trauma by shifting the way your brain processes distressing memories, leading to lasting relief and emotional freedom. Drawing from and integrating evidence-based approaches, including online EMDR therapy and a non-judgmental, trauma-informed and strength-based framework, I create a space where you’re understood, respected, and empowered to do the deep work. My goal is to help you get unstuck and shift from survival to thriving. My clients are motivated for long-term growth and committed to integrating new tools into their lives. If you’re ready for therapy that meets you where you are and helps you move toward where you want to be, I’d be honored to work with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in creating a collaborative, supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach combines evidence-based treatment modalities (i.e., therapies that have been effective in treating various behavioral and mental challenges, as upheld by research) which I tailor to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
