About Dr. Lillian Montgomery
Dr. Lily Montgomery earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2019 and completed her residency training at Saint Joseph Hospital-Chicago in 2023. She is eager to bring her warm demeanor to Women First Specialists to develop relationships with each of her patients. Her expertise spans prenatal care, high risk pregnancy, family planning, menstrual and menopausal management, yearly screenings, and gynecologic surgeries including use of the Divinci Robot. She is a skilled and compassionate physician dedicated to providing individualized patient care. Dr. Montgomery is passionate about providing patient education to empower women to make informed choices regarding their healthcare.

Amazing Gynecology doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Montgomery for all women. I came to her for a second opinion. I'm so happy I found her. She listens and confirms details and all of the office staff and nurses are pleasant to work with.

I was satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Montgomery! Any woman knows that a trip to the gynecologist is not particularly fun, but the front desk staff was kind and inviting, I only waited a few minutes before a nurse came to grab me, and Dr. Montgomery made me feel comfortable and thoroughly answered all of my questions without making me feel like a burden for asking them. I've been looking for a new provider for a while, and now I found one!

My experience was great! I was a few minutes late due to traffic and when I apologized to the receptionist, she was incredibly kind. I was in and out within 30 minutes for an annual exam and pap smear! Dr. Montgomery was warm and friendly, and she explained everything before she did it. She also let me know that when I decide to get my IUD changed out, she'll send out a prescription that will help with pain and soften the cervix to take the night before and morning of. It's the first time an OBGYN has even acknowledged pain management! I appreciate her and the staff and will definitely go back.

Great experience! The staff was super friendly and Dr. Montgomery really took the time to explain things and understand concerns. The pap smear did NOT hurt at all and that was a first. My appointment with Dr Montgomery went well. I was pretty nervous because it was my first GYN appointment in over a decade. She was very calm, respectful, and not judgemental at all. She listened to my concerns and have me helpful information. The appointment went really smoothly and I will definitely be returning next year for my annual visit.

I loved DO Montgomery. She was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, answered questions I had and worked up a plan for me. I promptly went home and recommended her to my daughter. I suggested since she is young she could build a relationship with her over the years and help with family planning.

Ladies, I have found a UNICORN of a GYN!! When I tell you that I didn’t even FEEL the Pap smear…it was PAINLESS!! Dr. Montgomery (who is a DO, in case anyone is wondering) is beyond nice and she actually listens to you and doesn’t brush you off. We discussed PCOS at great length and she explained everything about it and what the treatment routes are. For once a doctor didn’t brush me off just because of my weight (although we did chat about that). If you have a young daughter, is recommend her because she is thorough and gentle. Man, I left smiling instead of in pain!! Hours later, the cramping is so minimal. She is also the only doctor that has ever done the entire exam: swab, breast exam, and pelvic check. I’m so grateful for this redemptive experience. I will be recommending my mom and sisters!

Dr. Montgomery is so warm and kind. My first test sample was not visible in the test lab portal for over a week, so she had me come in to redo the test immediately. She is very attentive and values conveying meaningful information to her patients. Highly recommend Dr. Montgomery and I will continue to see her!

Dr. Lillian Montgomery's thorough examination and her practice of informing me about each step before she proceeded instilled a sense of confidence and reassurance in me.
When I entered the office, the staff greeted me by name, which was a pleasant surprise.
Appointments are easy to get within 1-3 weeks, whereas other providers and networks require 3+ months' notice to get an appointment for a regular checkup.
